Omakase Chef’s Demo

Learn to cook one dish depending on the fish. Each fortnightly week’s demo will feature one dish from the changing menu: Bouillabaisse, Sate Lilit, Laksa, Cured Kingfish (or something else off menu.) Class includes afternoon tea.
