FAQ

Here are some of our frequently asked questions.

In all our classes, our chef will provide a detailed demo of techniques for each dish being prepared and provide samples along the way. The demo classes do not have a hands-on component. In the workshops and masterclasses you will have the opportunity to practice hands-on with what you have just learned at your own workstation where you will work in pairs or by yourself under the chef’s guidance.

Classes can be booked up until 48 hours before the start of class. This is so we can properly source and prepare the right amount of ingredients for the number of participants. So please book early to avoid disappointment. You can always send us an email or call us if you would like to try and get into a class last minute and we’ll see what we can do.

For workshops and masterclasses we advise you to wear closed toe shoes. Aprons will be provided.

You should carefully read the menu before booking your class. In some instances, we might be able to cater for specific food allergies, however, you will have to check with us prior to booking your class as it might not be possible at all.
