Rent our Space

Do you have a special talent you want to teach? Why not rent our space to host a workshop?

 

Rates and Availability

  • Hourly rate: $30/hr (Minimum 2 hours)
  • Day rate: $120 for the day 
  • Extra fee for evening hours
  • Space available most weekdays, and sometimes on the weekend

 

Includes:

  • Use of kitchen, fridge, tables and stools  (extra fee if cooking involved)
  • Wifi, water, utilities
  • Biopak disposable cups, plates, utensils available for purchase
  • Social media ad and online booking:
    • 1 professionally designed social media ad
    • post on AOC social channels (facebook/instagram)
    • registration page on our website so users can book online

 

Other Requirements:

  • $100 deposit/bond required
  • Additional cleaning fee if space is not left in original condition
  • Full payment due on day of event
  • 48 hours cancellation notice or lose 50% of your deposit
